Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organised Online Spreadsheet Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote, entry-level position where you will be instrumental in maintaining and updating various data sets using Microsoft Excel and other online tools. If you have basic Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, and are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into Excel spreadsheets and online databases.
- Maintain and update existing spreadsheets with new information, ensuring data integrity.
- Organise and clean data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Generate basic reports from compiled data as required by team leads or project managers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure data integrity and project deadlines are met.
- Assist with other administrative and data management tasks as needed to support various projects.
Required Skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, formatting).
