Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organised individual to join our team as an Online Survey Panel Manager. This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to contribute to cutting-edge market research from home. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and engagement of our online survey panels, ensuring a high level of participant satisfaction and data quality. This role requires excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain active engagement within our online survey panels through regular communication and support.
- Monitor panel health, activity rates, and respondent demographics to ensure balanced and representative data collection.
- Address panelist inquiries and provide timely technical assistance or guidance regarding survey participation.
- Implement strategies to improve panelist retention and recruitment.
- Collaborate with project managers and researchers to understand survey requirements and panel needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal guidelines for panel management.
- Generate reports on panel performance and engagement metrics.
Required Skills
