Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operations Data Coordinator to join our team in Townsville. This role is crucial in supporting our civil and mining projects by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of operational data. You will be responsible for managing data entry, compiling reports, and assisting with data analysis to provide valuable insights that drive project efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles and a keen eye for detail, contributing directly to the successful execution of our complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the collection, entry, and validation of operational data from various sources related to civil and mining projects.
- Maintain and update project databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators, production metrics, and operational incidents.
- Assist with data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
- Develop and implement data quality control procedures.
- Support the preparation of project presentations and documentation utilizing data insights.
- Provide training and support to team members on data entry systems and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company data management policies and industry standards.
