Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operations Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Parramatta. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of operational data related to our civil and mining projects. You will be responsible for coordinating data entry, maintaining databases, generating reports, and supporting various project teams to ensure smooth data flow and insightful reporting across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project-related data in various operational systems and databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, performing regular data quality checks.
  • Coordinate data collection from multiple sources and stakeholders across civil and mining projects.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
  • Assist project managers and teams with data queries and system navigation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting.
  • Support the implementation and integration of new data management tools and systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient data exchange.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry and database management.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis functions).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
