Job Description
Are you eager to start a hands-on career and learn a valuable trade? ADT Security Services is seeking a motivated Security Screen Installer Helper to join our growing team in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This is an entry-level position where you will work alongside experienced installers, gaining practical skills and knowledge in the installation of high-quality security screens and related security solutions. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in the field who are ready to build a career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior installers with the preparation and installation of security screens, frames, and associated hardware.
- Learn to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Prepare work areas, including basic measurements and site protection.
- Perform general clean-up of job sites after installations are complete.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Continuously learn about new products, techniques, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn a new trade.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from our facility.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.
