Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the creative team in brainstorming and concept development for client projects.
  • Support the design and production of various creative assets, including digital, print, and social media content.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform creative strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, mood boards, and mock-ups for internal and client reviews.
  • Participate in client meetings and internal critiques, offering your insights.
  • Learn and apply brand guidelines across different creative outputs.
  • Manage and organize creative assets and project files.
  • Take initiative to learn new software and design techniques.

Required Skills

  • Strong foundational understanding of design principles and visual communication.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – even if self-taught or academic).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
