Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Tesco in Cirencester is seeking enthusiastic Personal Shoppers / Order Pickers to join our dedicated team. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to ensure you become proficient in selecting and packing customer orders with speed and accuracy. This role is crucial in ensuring our online customers receive the freshest products and the best service directly from our store. You will be responsible for efficiently navigating the store aisles, meticulously picking items, and preparing them for delivery or collection, all while maintaining our high standards of quality and freshness. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from store shelves within a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all products selected for customer orders.
- Utilise handheld devices to efficiently locate items and track order progress.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy and organised work area.
- Support fellow colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
