Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior pest control technicians with routine inspections and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines meticulously.
- Learn and apply various pest control techniques under supervision.
- Document work performed accurately and completely.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance at all times.
- Handle and dispose of materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
Required Skills
- A valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry equipment.
- Willingness to learn and commit to ongoing training.
- Must have legal right to work in Australia.
Preferred Qualifications
