Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture (phlebotomy) safely and efficiently following established protocols.
  • Monitor donors throughout the donation process, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Prepare plasma donation equipment and maintain a sterile, clean work environment.
  • Accurately document donor information, vital signs, and donation records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering donor questions and addressing concerns.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with donor screening and registration procedures as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all donor and center information.
