Job Description

CSL Plasma in Val-d’Or is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Plasma Donation Center Phlebotomists. Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture (phlebotomy) safely and efficiently following established protocols.
- Monitor donors throughout the donation process, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Prepare plasma donation equipment and maintain a sterile, clean work environment.
- Accurately document donor information, vital signs, and donation records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering donor questions and addressing concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with donor screening and registration procedures as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all donor and center information.
