Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with routine pool and spa maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot common pool problems under supervision.
  • Develop expertise in water testing and chemical application techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards and WHS regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
  • Keep service vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Required Skills

  • Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment (up to 20kg).
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manual driver's license (desirable but not essential).
  • Any prior experience in a customer service or hands-on role.
  • A passion for outdoor work and practical problem-solving.
