This entry-level role is perfect for those looking to gain valuable experience in brand promotion, direct customer engagement, and event marketing. We provide comprehensive training, so no prior experience is necessary – just a passion for connecting with people and representing a leading Canadian brand. You’ll be the face of Bell at various exciting pop-up locations, engaging with the public and showcasing our latest products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Bell brand at various pop-up shop locations and promotional events.
- Engage directly with potential customers to introduce Bell's products, services, and special offers.
- Educate consumers on the features and benefits of Bell's telecommunication solutions.
- Answer customer questions accurately and professionally.
- Distribute promotional materials and gather customer interest.
- Collect customer feedback and report on engagement metrics.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of pop-up shop displays.
