Job Description

You will be the primary point of contact for Target.com guests needing assistance, ensuring a positive and efficient online shopping experience. You will communicate with guests through various channels, including chat, email, and phone, to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to online shoppers via chat, email, and phone.
- Answer product inquiries, provide recommendations, and assist with navigation on Target.com.
- Help guests with order status, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
- Troubleshoot common technical issues related to website functionality or account access.
- Process basic account updates and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Document all guest interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or specialized departments when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with Target's products, services, and e-commerce policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple web applications.
