Job Description
Are you looking for a stable job with immediate start and full training provided? 2 Sisters Food Group in Coatbridge is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our poultry processing team as a Line Worker. No previous experience in food production is required; we are dedicated to providing comprehensive on-the-job training to all new team members. Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team on a fast-paced production line.
- Handling and preparing poultry products according to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Operating basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Ensuring product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following all company policies and procedures, especially those related to food safety and health & safety.
- Assisting with other tasks as required by line supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety (training provided).
