Job Description

Victorian Fabrication & Finishing is seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Powder Coating Assistant. This is an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level candidate to learn a valuable trade from the ground up, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided. You will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced powder coating technicians, ensuring the highest standards of finish and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, degreasing, and masking.
- Assist in loading and unloading parts onto powder coating lines and racks.
- Monitor the powder coating process under supervision, ensuring even application.
- Perform quality checks on finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and booths.
- Support senior technicians with various tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with packaging finished goods for dispatch.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
