Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, definition, development, launch, to post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product value and vision to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience working in an agile development setting.
- Demonstrated ability to define and launch successful products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience with product roadmapping and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment within a larger organization.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, AI/ML, or cybersecurity domains.
- Experience with data analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
- Prior experience with international market expansion or global product launches.
