Job Description

Bell Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Boulder team as an Entry Level Property Management Bookkeeper. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the accurate and timely entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
  • Support the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable specific to property operations.
  • Help reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Aid in the preparation of financial reports and statements under supervision.
  • Learn and apply property accounting principles and company financial policies.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other team members on financial matters.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
