Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and personable Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our bustling team at Luxe Lane Boutique. This immediate opening is perfect for an enthusiastic individual with a flair for customer service and a desire to work in a dynamic retail environment. You will be the welcoming face of our boutique, ensuring every client feels valued and supported from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the boutique
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist clients with inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces, ensuring they are tidy and presentable
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including inventory checks and data entry
- Process transactions and handle cash/card payments accurately
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Build rapport with clients to enhance their overall boutique experience
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
