Job Description

Join Kaiser Permanente as a Work-from-Home Scheduling Clerk, a vital role supporting our medical and service industry operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments for patients and clients across various medical and service departments.
  • Manage and maintain digital calendars and scheduling systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues via phone and email regarding appointments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Process appointment cancellations and reschedules, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts professionally.
  • Document interactions and update patient/client records as required by established protocols.
