Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training on all aspects of recycling plant operations and safety protocols.
- Assist experienced operators in monitoring machinery and equipment for optimal performance.
- Learn to identify different types of recyclable materials and ensure proper segregation.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment within the plant.
- Operate basic plant equipment after suitable training and certification.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
