Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in the insurance industry from the comfort of your home? Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review new insurance claims submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Enter claim data into our internal systems with precision and efficiency.
- Verify policy coverage and eligibility for claims.
- Process claim payments and adjustments in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims activities.
- Escalate complex claims or issues to senior processors or management as needed.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
Required Skills
