This position is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Australia, provided you have a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about Telstra products, services, and billing.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
