Job Description
Join easyJet Holidays as a Travel & Tourism Support Agent, working remotely from the comfort of your home. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their holiday bookings, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding holiday bookings, destinations, and travel arrangements.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel policies, visa requirements, and destination specifics.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Process payments and manage booking documentation.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional travel services where appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge about easyJet Holidays' offerings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as per business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and booking systems.
- Knowledge of an additional European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
