Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Night Fill Team in Crawley. As a Night Fill Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready for our customers each morning. This involves working late night shifts to replenish shelves, organize stock, and maintain a clean and tidy shopping environment. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately replenish shelves with fresh products and groceries.
- Ensure stock is rotated correctly, checking for best-before dates and damages.
- Organize and prepare delivery areas, ensuring products are stored safely and systematically.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment throughout the store.
- Operate equipment such as pallet trucks (training provided) safely and effectively.
- Assist in general store duties as required, contributing to overall store presentation.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively during late night hours.
- Physical capability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a plus but not essential.
