Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote E-commerce Chat Agent with a passion for fashion and retail to join our dynamic customer service team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Australia. You will be the frontline support for our online customers, providing timely and helpful assistance through live chat to enhance their shopping journey and resolve inquiries related to products, orders, and general store information. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to answer product inquiries, provide styling advice, and assist with sizing information.
