Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Remote Public Works Customer Support Representative. This is a full-time, 100% remote position where you will be the first point of contact for customers regarding various public works inquiries, services, and issues. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding public works services (e.g., utility outages, service requests, infrastructure issues).
  • Provide accurate information and clear explanations of policies and procedures related to public works.
  • Log, track, and escalate customer issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
