Job Description
Are you an early bird looking for a steady, active job in a supportive team environment? Sooner State Shine Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Boutique Window Cleaning Helper to join our growing team in Tulsa. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are punctual, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn the art of professional window cleaning. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our retail clients’ storefronts and interiors sparkle, making a positive first impression on their customers. Work hours are primarily early mornings, allowing you to finish your day early and enjoy the rest of what Tulsa has to offer. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to work hard and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead window cleaners with setting up and taking down equipment, including ladders, water-fed poles, and cleaning solutions.
- Wipe down window frames, sills, and surrounding areas to ensure a complete clean.
- Transport cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently between job sites and company vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures diligently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and on-site retail staff.
- Perform basic window cleaning tasks under supervision.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Reliability and excellent punctuality for early morning shifts.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders and extension poles.
