Job Description
Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for someone eager to start a career in recruitment, with a focus on leveraging LinkedIn and other digital platforms to identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals with little to no prior experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms to identify and source potential candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates via LinkedIn InMail, email, and phone to assess their interest and suitability.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the initial stages of the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
- A keen interest in a career in recruitment or human resources.
- Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus, but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
