Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in talent acquisition? We are seeking a Remote Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic HR team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates primarily through LinkedIn, supporting our recruiters in building robust talent pipelines across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational knowledge of LinkedIn and a desire to grow their career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify passive and active candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, evaluating their interest and fit for roles.
  • Screen resumes and profiles against job requirements, presenting qualified candidates to recruiters.
  • Maintain and update candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and market trends.
  • Assist in building and managing talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven proficiency with the LinkedIn platform, including advanced search functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar professional sourcing tools.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or entry-level HR role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo).
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working in a remote team setting.
