Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Virtual Classroom Moderator to join our dynamic online learning team. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our educators and ensuring a seamless, engaging, and productive virtual classroom experience for students. This entry-level position requires strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, with full training provided. You will monitor live sessions, facilitate discussions, provide technical assistance to participants, and help maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live virtual classroom sessions to ensure smooth operation and adherence to guidelines.
  • Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting assistance to teachers and students within the virtual environment.
  • Facilitate interactive elements such as polls, Q&A sessions, and breakout rooms.
  • Manage chat functions, moderating discussions and addressing student queries or forwarding them to the instructor.
  • Assist teachers with content display, screen sharing, and other virtual tools.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and generate post-session reports as required.
  • Ensure a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide feedback to instructors on session flow and student engagement to improve future deliveries.
