Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Renewable Energy Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Repentigny. This role offers a competitive base salary combined with a high commission structure, rewarding your success in driving sales of our innovative renewable energy solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to contribute to a greener future. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads for renewable energy solutions within the Repentigny and surrounding areas.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to identify suitable energy solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective residential and commercial clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Accurately record and manage sales activities and client information in CRM system.
Required Skills
- Proven sales experience, ideally 1-2 years, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both French and English (bilingualism preferred for Quebec).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in renewable energy, solar, HVAC, or related industries.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, environmental studies, or a related field.
- Familiarity with local renewable energy incentives and regulations in Quebec.
- Demonstrated passion for sustainable practices and renewable energy.
