Job Description

Anchor in Liverpool is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Care Workers for the night shift. No previous experience is required as full, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills and confidence needed to excel. Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents throughout the night, respecting their dignity and privacy.
- Assist residents with personal care routines as needed, including washing, dressing, and continence management.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, responding to any changes or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Respond to call bells and provide assistance to residents in a timely and caring manner.
- Complete regular checks on residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with light domestic duties and ensure the care home environment remains clean and tidy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed care records, ensuring all relevant information is documented.
- Support residents with mobility and repositioning as required, using appropriate aids and techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure seamless resident support.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications
- No formal qualifications are required as full training will be provided.

- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.
