Job Description
Are you a compassionate individual looking to start a rewarding career in elder care? ElderBridge Senior Care is seeking dedicated Residential Care Workers for our Night Shift team in Lakeland, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity as full training will be provided – no prior experience in care is necessary! You will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents during the overnight hours, offering support and companionship. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as needed during night hours.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment if required.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns promptly to the nursing staff.
- Administer medication reminders as per care plans.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive and comforting atmosphere.
- Document care provided and observations accurately and thoroughly in resident records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident calls and emergencies.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
