Job Description
Join the Target team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate! We are excited to welcome individuals who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn, regardless of prior experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with product selection, location, and information.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory management.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
