Job Description

Kmart Mandurah is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our warehouse team as an Entry Level Retail Warehouse Hand. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing incoming stock.
- Organizing and storing merchandise in the warehouse.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Picking and packing orders for store shelves and customer fulfillment.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 20kg).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shifts.

- Reliable transport to and from our Mandurah warehouse.
