Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and organised individuals to join our Hervey Bay team as Return Logistics Staff. This part-time role is specifically designed to suit stay-at-home parents or individuals seeking flexible hours to balance family commitments with a rewarding career. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You will be responsible for efficiently processing customer returns, maintaining stock accuracy, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our store’s logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and accurately process customer returns according to company procedures.
  • Inspect, sort, and prepare merchandise for re-shelving, return to suppliers, or other designated disposition.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe returns processing area.
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock checks as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely lift and move packages (within reasonable health and safety guidelines).
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and item tracking.
