Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Salad Mixing & Bagging Operative to join our fresh produce team in Cumbernauld. This role involves working in a chilled environment to prepare, mix, and bag various salad products according to strict quality and hygiene standards. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in food production with a leading retailer. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh and mix salad ingredients according to specific recipes and production schedules.
- Operate bagging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor product quality, ensuring all items meet Tesco's high standards.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area within the chilled environment.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to a supervisor.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills
