Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs, both theoretical and practical.
- Learn to safely operate various types of cranes (e.g., grab, magnet) under direct supervision, focusing on material handling, loading, and unloading.
- Assist with daily visual inspections and basic maintenance checks on machinery, reporting any faults promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety procedures, company policies, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational tasks and safety concerns.
- Learn to identify different types of scrap metal and their appropriate handling procedures.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in an outdoor industrial environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment (not necessarily operating machinery).
- Valid UK Driving License.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in heavy equipment.
