Job Description
Join Deloitte as a Remote Unemployment Benefits Adjudicator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and state agencies by accurately processing and adjudicating unemployment insurance claims. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations and fact-finding for unemployment insurance claims.
- Interview claimants, employers, and other parties to gather relevant information.
- Analyze complex claim details and apply state and federal unemployment insurance laws and regulations.
- Render timely and accurate determinations on claimant eligibility for benefits.
- Document all findings, decisions, and communications clearly and concisely in case management systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
