Key Responsibilities

  • Assist qualified social workers with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
  • Support social workers during home visits and meetings, taking notes and observing interactions.

  • Help coordinate appointments and resources for service users.
  • Undertake basic research and information gathering as directed by a social worker.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal frameworks related to social care and safeguarding.
