Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Security Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing robust security architectures that protect our clients’ information assets and systems. This role requires a deep understanding of security principles, best practices, and emerging threats, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions. You will work closely with development teams, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure security is integrated throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure design. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure architecture solutions for complex systems and applications, ensuring alignment with security policies and industry best practices.
• Conduct security reviews and assessments of existing and proposed systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain security architecture documentation, including security principles, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and project teams to embed security controls and practices into the SDLC.
• Evaluate new security technologies and trends, providing recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
• Provide expert guidance and consultation on all security-related matters to various stakeholders.
• Lead incident response efforts related to architectural vulnerabilities or design flaws.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and solutions.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in security architecture design and implementation.
• Proficiency in cloud security architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of network security, application security, and data security principles.
• Familiarity with industry security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM, DLP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, TOGAF).
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security testing tools.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
