Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick-start your career in IT Service Management? ATCO is seeking a motivated ServiceNow / ITIL Intern to join our team in Peace River, Alberta. This entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with ServiceNow, a leading IT service management platform, and learn about the ITIL framework in a real-world corporate environment. No prior experience is required; we are looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn and grow. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the optimization of our IT services and supporting critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Learn and apply ITIL best practices to improve IT service delivery processes.
- Support the IT Service Desk by documenting incidents, requests, and solutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for ServiceNow enhancements and updates.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with IT teams to understand various service management functions.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in ServiceNow and ITIL.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in information technology and IT service management.
