Job Description
Join our dedicated team at Waitrose & Partners in Cheltenham as a Shelf Stacker. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are always well-stocked, tidy, and presentable, providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of our store, ensuring products are displayed correctly, rotated efficiently, and readily available. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to teamwork. Full training will be provided, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or further their career in retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload deliveries and transport stock to the sales floor.
- Accurately stack shelves, ensuring products are faced up, rotated, and correctly priced.
- Maintain a tidy and organised stockroom and sales floor throughout your shift.
- Assist customers with queries and direct them to products when necessary, providing excellent service.
- Remove damaged or expired products from shelves.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and store procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Preferred Qualifications
