Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and observant individuals to join our team as Virtual Mystery Shoppers. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of online retail by providing crucial feedback on our e-commerce websites and digital services. As a Virtual Mystery Shopper, you will navigate specified online platforms, interact with virtual processes, and meticulously document your experiences from a customer’s perspective. Your insights will directly influence improvements in website usability, product presentation, checkout flows, and overall customer satisfaction. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent role for anyone looking for flexible, remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned 'shopping' tasks on designated Argos websites and partner platforms.
- Evaluate the user-friendliness, navigation, and overall experience of e-commerce sites.
- Assess product information accuracy, imagery, and pricing details.
- Test the online checkout process, payment gateways, and order confirmation procedures.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback through structured reports and questionnaires.
- Identify any technical glitches, broken links, or inconsistencies on the website.
- Monitor and report on customer service interactions via chat, email, or online forms.
- Adhere to project guidelines and deadlines for each mystery shopping assignment.
Required Skills
