Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured, paid training program covering smart meter and grid technology, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Assist experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of smart meters and other smart grid devices in residential and commercial properties.
- Learn to conduct basic diagnostic checks and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls using provided tools.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining the benefits and operation of smart grid technologies to homeowners and businesses.
- Handle tools and equipment responsibly, maintaining their cleanliness and functionality.
