Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Solutions Consultant to join our team in Maidstone. In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge software solutions and our clients’ business needs. You will work closely with our sales teams to understand client requirements, demonstrate the value of our products, and design tailored solutions that drive success. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business processes and pain points.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client-specific requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and propose comprehensive solution architectures.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Sage products and industry best practices.
- Provide technical and functional expertise during the sales cycle, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) with accurate and detailed information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical consulting role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, such as finance, HR, or operations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP, or accounting software platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Sage software products (e.g., Sage 50, Sage 200, Sage Intacct).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL).
- Experience working within the SMB market.
