Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Specialty Tea / Coffee Retailer, focusing on engaging customers through product tasting and education within a bustling mall environment. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals passionate about coffee and tea, eager to share their knowledge and create memorable experiences. You will be responsible for showcasing our diverse product range, offering samples, and guiding customers through our offerings. Full training on product knowledge, brewing techniques, and customer service will be provided, making this an excellent entry point into the specialty beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in product tasting experiences for specialty coffees and teas.
- Educate customers on product origins, flavor profiles, and preparation methods.
- Maintain an inviting and clean tasting station and retail area.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Replenish inventory and ensure products are attractively displayed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company standards.
