Job Description
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for aspiring individuals to join our team as a Subsea ROV Pilot / Technician through our International Sponsorship program. This role is designed for highly motivated technical professionals eager to embark on a challenging and rewarding career in the subsea industry. As an ROV Pilot / Technician, you will be instrumental in operating and maintaining Remotely Operated Vehicles used for critical underwater tasks, including inspection, maintenance, repair, and construction support across various global projects. No prior ROV experience is required; we are looking for candidates with a strong technical background, a mechanical aptitude, and a genuine passion for marine technology. Through our comprehensive international sponsorship, successful candidates will receive world-class training, mentorship, and support to develop into highly skilled ROV professionals, working on vessels and offshore installations around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to master ROV piloting, maintenance, and operational procedures.
- Assist with the launch, recovery, and operation of ROVs for various subsea tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ROV systems and associated equipment.
- Monitor ROV performance and data during operations, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Prepare detailed reports on ROV operations, maintenance activities, and observed subsea conditions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with vessel crew, project teams, and client representatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and equipment reliability.
- Travel internationally for project assignments, often for extended periods offshore.
Required Skills
