Job Description
Are you a night owl looking for immediate employment with a premium hourly rate? Dillons in Lawrence, KS, is seeking a diligent and reliable Night Replenishment Assistant to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring our store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and presentable before opening hours. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining a high standard of store appearance. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for motivated individuals eager to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload deliveries and transport merchandise to sales floor.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper product placement according to planograms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the night shift.
- Verify incoming shipments against invoices for accuracy.
- Remove empty cartons and other debris from the sales floor.
- Assist with inventory counts and organization in storage areas as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Capable of lifting and carrying merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or stockroom environment is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory management concepts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
