Job Description
Join our dynamic team in Dandenong as a Concreter’s Assistant! This casual role offers day shifts and provides a high reward for motivated individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the construction industry. You will be an integral part of our concreting crew, assisting with various tasks to ensure high-quality concrete pours and finishes. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals eager to learn a trade, with full training provided for those new to the industry. Immediate starts available for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced concreters with mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting up forms, and laying down reinforcement.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Support the team in achieving project deadlines and quality standards.
