Job Description

Real Canadian Superstore in Swift Current is seeking dedicated Night Replenishment Assistants to join our overnight team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and impeccably organized for our daytime customers. Key Responsibilities
- Unload incoming inventory from delivery trucks.
- Efficiently and accurately stock shelves, ensuring proper product placement and rotation.
- Organize and maintain stock rooms, adhering to company standards.
- Ensure aisles are clean, safe, and free from obstacles during stocking operations.
- Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided if necessary) in a safe manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the night team to complete tasks efficiently.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability and punctuality for overnight shifts.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or stockroom environment is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
